Hmm Campus Concert, it is another successful campus concert that we have organised. Probably must thank the committee for not leaving anything out during the concert. To me it's perfecto. haha but yea we still got alot of things to improve on... hmm but yea it's up to the new batch of people le. haha. Lol, i think Stacey and the comm has definitely done a great job here.. if you guys notice carefully.. i could say it is the first campus concert where most of the seniors aint there at all.. like Eddie, Jean who would always come down n help or supervise. You all have done it without them, and without much problem. Haha, even me could freely juz chit chat with the NYPals people without having to worry about the event.. so SEE!! it is a good event by u guys.. Juz rmb that punctuality is pretty important.. u could have save me my $6 for the cab that i took... LOL
Something that pretty troubled me was the time during committee briefing.. I aint gonna pin point anyone or hurt anyone here... but yea i think it is good that such incidents firstly shouldn't be brought up in front of the whole committee and also not during debriefing... you can talk about it 1-to-1 somewhere else but kindly never accuse someone of things.
Secondly, i think no one has the rights to judge anyone in anything that they have failed to do, regardless of ur power or ability. worse of all if u dont even understand the situation the other party was undergoing at that time where he/she couldnt do what he/she's suppose to do. Look at the other party.. is he/she the kind who will try to slack? is he/she the kind who looks like he/she will pang seh people with any chances he/she have? His/her excuses are unrealistic? How would u noe? unless u were there seeing him slacking... U hv purely no evidence. Cuz if i were in his/her shoes, and if i wanna slack or skip meetings, i would have given way better excuses.
I dun even noe him/her well, but at least i noe he/she's truthful. Even if he/she is at fault, he/she shouldnt be shamed infront of everyone especially when he has apologised time and time again. Furthermore it is a committee thing, it should be settled by the committee or else the facilitator. If all efforts failed then i think u shud step in... The committee actually didnt mind abt it at all and Seriously i think it was a bad n scary move u made ytd.
Even if it is resolved by a sorry or a handshake, the harm has already been done... the scar is there.. he/she has been hurt already...
I hope that if you ever read it, forgive me if i have angered u in this but do read my advice here and do take it into consideration. You are our new leader. Do rmb...He wrote something on 10:42:00 AM...
